Not only cooking, but also attention to tableware and space.

A nostalgic atmosphere from the late Meiji era to the Showa era. On the walls of the bath, there are murals and antique artworks created by pop artist Mie Ishii. In 2020, the antique teahouse “Fukuandon” will be opened on the first floor, and the ceiling lighting will be decorated with frosted glass of a rabbit. Everything about the spatial design has been carefully calculated, and by reducing the amount of light so that it blends in with the texture of the lustrous black wooden parts of the old folk house, the candlelight dimly glows in the darkness, giving the space a Japanese feel. I hoped that it would faintly emerge. No matter where you look in Japan, enjoy with your eyes and your tongue a special space that can only be found here.
