He likes chatting with other guests every morning. I love talking with him,too.
He has some dolls and he is always taking them in the lounge. He is really cute.
One morning, I asked him I would like to exchange your dool and my Austrarian koala.
He didn't agree with me. I know they are very iportant for him. I remind I had a lot of dools as well when I was a child. I can't remember when I didn't need holding them.
I think it was a proof of growing up to OTONA.(adult) It is a sweer memory for everybody.

Brandon has stayed in Andon and entertained us with his Magic!!

He has lots of story in his past.
(I know that everyone has story including me but his one was very mean.)
This time trip was also made from his history, wasn't just holiday to him.
The end of his stay in Andon, he seems to be very sad to leave Andon and Japan,
but in the same time he looked very happy that he made some very important decision in his life.
We also did little chess match in Andon with Brandon, and I even didn't know how to play chess till I met him.
(In Andon, we have chess, so If you like to play, please aks to the reception.)
He was saying thet he plays chess alone in his life by some reason ...
Hope he can play chess with someone again.

Thank you for giving a nice present four our guest.
Our guest really love Hayao Miyazaki movies and it also loves our stuff,too.
They came to stay Andon three years ago. I think they must enjoyed Tokyo with Andon again.
I really happy to seeing same guest faces every times. Most of all our repeaters said Andon is my house in Tokyo. It is my presure with a dream. When I started Andon I thought I am wondering I want to be a Minshku's Obachan. (it is a kind of country side of housewife)
When I was a child, I didn't have a relative of coutry side so I was sad when I had a school's long holiday because some of friends spent a long holiday at them country house. My parents and grand parents was born Tokyo so my parentrs had to take me the sea side house every summer. I satyed Minshuku that time. I felt it is a kind of my country house. My place is not 5 stars hotel and I can not have a 24 hours butler in Andon whatever I proud my guest feel Andon is house in Tokyo.

何週前 (10月22日~ 25日) 女官に泊まった韓国から行ってた Kim Soo Min. Jung Kyu Jin 中 鄭圭珍(Jung Kyu Jin)です。

韓国のあいさつを教えてさしあげました。。。わたしだちは韓国に無地に到着しました。また旅行の記憶に生生しく殘っているです。
日本での3泊4日のandon生活は本当に意味深く、楽しかったです。私たちに親切にしてくださった事は、忘れられません。
本当に活気のあり、楽しいandonの暖かい配慮のおかげで心地よく過せるようになりました。
おかげで、日本で素敵な思い出を作ることができて、嬉しいです。出来るならもう一度遊びに行きたいです。

This is his letter for Andon.
Dear everybody at Andon,
I just had to write and thank you all for welcoming me to your ryokan and looking after me so well. I loved my comfortable room and I've been telling everyone I know that they have to visit Tokyo and they have to stay at Andon. And a special thank you for my lovely yukata,
which I have been wearing around my house. Everybody is very jealous of it! Hopefully I'll be able to return to Tokyo again in the near future. I'm already looking forward to trying out the jacuzzi!
I've attached a picture of me wearing my yukata. My mother insisted on taking the photo in the porch so she could show off her plants. And have a look at the shoes, I picked those up in Asakusa. Thanks for the shopping tip Tomomi!

Charming Guests from Spain
Pablo and Jose came from Madrid.
They stayed in Andon for 11 days. They were always smiling and friendly since their arrival.
They enjoyed themselves shopphing around Tokyo, especially Takeshita-streert at Harajuku which is being a 'Mecca' for shopping among tourists.
We hope they had a memorable experience here in Tokyo.

Luke and his students from U.K.
Luke is a professor at University of London and they're studying architecture.
After wandering for about 2 weeks around Tokyo with an aim of researching Japanese architecture,
they held a party to present the rich harvest from their research in Tokyo, which was a big success!
During their stay in Andon, our lobby turned a "student cafeteria" and was full of merry chatting everyday:-D
We miss the memory of those days...

Hraban and Peter from Holland
Hraban came last year with his funky mummy called Liva-chan.
This time he came with his friend, peter!!

They love football and last time and this time, We had little World Cup, AMS vs. JPN Result,,,,, Holland team won.
Mads came back to Andon with a girl friend this time. I remind when Mads came to stay Andon the first time which was three years ago and he took a friend that time. His friend name was Chris so I memorized his name easily. "X'math"
He enjoyed around Japan again. His girlfriend also love Japan so much. They said we will come back to Japan again. He said especial was Miho museum near Kyoto. It is located top of the mountain near south of Biwa lake. This museum was designed by a Chainese architecture who name is I.M.Pei.
This is his comment as below.
"Japan's architects in the distant past strove to bring their buildings into harmony with their environment and the surrounding view. Of course, I don't want to be a copycat but I do want to respect the thinking of the Japanese people and their culture and traditions."

One morning, I told him if you give a money to Fuku chan (my guardian god in the lounge), your dream is coming true. I didn't expect he can believe it and he will do it but he took his wallet soon and gave the money to him. I gave a Doraemon toy instead his action. He was looks happy getting it. I was happy,too. I hope his dream is coming true some day.
